We seek to get involved early in the design phase so that we can manage the project more efficiently, provide effective building solutions, and identify challenges early on to mitigate design changes after construction commencement.

Our management approach provides the client with comprehensive control over all aspects of the project, including budgeting and scheduling, while utilizing our management and team capabilities to supervise project activities, control costs, achieve timely performance, manage material deliveries, and maintain quality production standards.

The project team transitions its day-to-day activities to a field site operation to provide hands-on supervisory services.

Who We Are?

The JLCD is a respected Tier II National Qualification Construction and Decoration Professional Company in China established in 1995.

JLCD has earned recognition as one of the most successful and respected contracting firms in China, providing design and construction management, general contracting and consultant services. JLCD specializes in a number of construction sectors that includes residential, urban retail complexes, hotels, restoration, and other construction projects.

JLCD entered Canada market in 2003, specialized in SUPER-E program house constructions. Super-E program is an advanced housing program that encounters the highest energy saving standards in designing and constructions. Later in 2005, JLCD introduce the program into Shanghai, China for Shanghai Da’an Saint. Barbara Housing Resorts. The SUPER-E program certification of the resort was awarded in China by the minister of Natural Resources of Canada in person on December 19, 2005. After that, JLCD brought the SUPER-E program to more provinces in China, included Xi’an province, Yunnan province.

The real estate market in New York has experienced a steady ascent over the past few years and shown remarkable resilience. By taking advantage of the rapidly expanding real estate development opportunities in New York, JLCD launched the branch in New York City in 2015.

JLCD cooperated with the local developers, invested and constructed their first 110,000 square feet residential and commercial mixed-use building in Flushing, NY. The project has been delivered in 2021. The second 400,000 square feet residential and commercial mixed-use building is expected to launch in 2025.

JLCD is actively looking for more development and construction opportunities in United States.
